My goal is to help you reveal an entirely fresh way of being alive, vibrant and free.

Our emotions, body, and language are intimately linked. Together they express how we live our lives, how we meet what life brings us and how we live that life in an interconnected way.

 

The practices I offer lead to fulfillment, new competencies, and the satisfaction of taking on what is difficult and live an engaged life, joyful and satisfied. The time and experience I offer to you is in service to the truth, and is my personal effort to help alleviate

suffering in the world.

 

My deepest intention is to be a place of listening refuge, to facilitate living from the heart, so that no one feels alone on the journey of life.
